I/We will earnestly advocate for responsive business practices consistent with the pillars of competition and encourage fairly-priced, innovative, and quality choices in the goods, products, and/or services offered to the public.

 

I/We will share expertise in our respective industry in support of the Philippine Competition Commission’s (PCC) advocacy work.

 

I/We will work closely with the PCC in undertaking campaigns and programs that will increase the

business community’s understanding of competition law and policy.

 

I/We will take responsibility in keeping our organizations informed of the latest developments in the Philippine competition landscape and share it to our members and affiliates.

 

I/We will assist PCC in the exercise of its mandate as the primary enforcer of competition law.

 

I/We will keep avenues of communication open and establish links to contribute in the growing network

of competition law and policy advocates and practitioners.

 

I/We call upon fellow members of the nation's business community—from micro to small, medium, and large enterprise—to join in this vital endeavor.

 

With everyone, I/we pledge to initiate, foster, and sustain the change necessary to preserve free and open competition in Philippine markets.
